Bois Grande (Roupala Montana) is well known and has a reputation as an aphrodisiac that has reached legendary status in many parts of South America(French Guiana, Brazil and Costa Rica) and the Caribbean(Trinidad & Tobago, Grenada and Dominica). For example; in Brazil it is known as Came de Vacca; In Costa Rica it is locally known as Danto Amarillo; In Dominica it is known as Gimauve.

Indications: Low libido, erectile difficulties.
