Shipping and Returns
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation is sent to you by email after you submit your order online, usually within 24 hours. It is important that you correctly enter your email address when placing your order. If you do not receive your email confirmation, please contact our customer service department byemail at: customerservice@healthtoppers.ca
Whenever possible, we try to ship your order as one complete shipment. However, if you have ordered several items that are in stock and others that are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the out of stock items and wait for your instructions on whether to ship partial or hold shipment for the items needed to fill your order. Your credit card will only be billed for items that are shipped.
If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased for whatever reason, call or e-mail us for return authorization. You can then simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund on product cost only less 25% restocking charge. Please include your name, address, daytime phone number, and reason for return along with the product. We will credit your account within one week of receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage and customs charges if applicable. We will not issue a refund for those charges.
Free Shipping is provided by HealthToppers VitaMart with a minimum purchase requirement. All orders are sent by Expedited (regular post) or by courier (ground service). The customer, may choose a faster service. If you choose priority or express the cost difference between regular and priority/express shipping will be extra cost to the customer. There is a $5.00 CAD processing fee on all orders placed with HealthToppers VitaMart.
Canadian Orders: All orders over $75.00 CAD before taxes (product value only) are sent prepaid by Expedited Canada (regular post). ?? US Orders: All orders over $150.00 CAD before taxes (product value only) are sent prepaid by Expedited USA (regular post).

Orders within Canada are subject to 6% GST (Goods and service tax) and within the province of British Columbia are subject to 7% provincial sales tax on applicable products. All countries outside Canada are exempt of these taxes.
